Yes, we charge a one-time tenant placement fee equal to one month's rent when we successfully place a qualified tenant. This covers marketing your property, showing it to prospects, screening applications, executing leases, and conducting the move-in process. If we can't find a qualified tenant within 60 days, we waive this fee.

There are no startup costs or setup fees to begin our service. Our management agreements are month-to-month with 30-day notice required from either party. We believe in earning your business every month through excellent service rather than locking you into long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with proper notice if you're not satisfied.
